GREEK GRILLED CHICKEN TENDERS   (Serve 2) 

  1. Chicken Tenders                4 ea.
  2. EVOO                                1 T
  3. Lemon Juice                       1 T
  4. Dried Oregano                   1 +
  5. Garlic Clove, Minced         1 ea.
  6. S & P                                  TT
  7. Yogurt, Greek Style           1 ¼ cup
  8. Cucumber, Shredded         ½ cup
  9. Dill, Fresh, Chpd.              1 +
  10. Garlic Clove, Minced         2 ea.
  11. Pistachios, Chpd.               ¼ cup
  12. G. Pistachios, Chpd.               ¼ cup 

MIP:  MARINATE BAG/BOWL/GRILL 

  • COMBINE 1’s & MARINATE TENDERS (1 – 2 HRS.)
  • COMBINE 2’s IN BOWL
  • GRILL TENDERS

SERVE:  TENDERS TOP YOGURT SAUCE, THEN GARNISH

Chef’s Tip:  Serve with white rice and small sweet yams.

            The recipes in this series also use a unique numerical system, which I have devised, that speeds things up.  Every ingredient is listed in the order it is to be used.  If to be used together, they all have the same number.  With experience only these numbers are necessary to master the recipe.
