GREEK GRILLED CHICKEN TENDERS (Serve 2)
- Chicken Tenders 4 ea.
- EVOO 1 T
- Lemon Juice 1 T
- Dried Oregano 1 +
- Garlic Clove, Minced 1 ea.
- S & P TT
- Yogurt, Greek Style 1 ¼ cup
- Cucumber, Shredded ½ cup
- Dill, Fresh, Chpd. 1 +
- Garlic Clove, Minced 2 ea.
- Pistachios, Chpd. ¼ cup
- G. Pistachios, Chpd. ¼ cup
MIP: MARINATE BAG/BOWL/GRILL
- COMBINE 1’s & MARINATE TENDERS (1 – 2 HRS.)
- COMBINE 2’s IN BOWL
- GRILL TENDERS
SERVE: TENDERS TOP YOGURT SAUCE, THEN GARNISH
Chef’s Tip: Serve with white rice and small sweet yams.
