You will be contacted to schedule your appointment. Note that the Diabetes Nutrition Clinic is on Wednesdays from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm and GI Nutrition Clinic is Thursdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Other appointments and dates are also available!
