  2. Rest it for 20 to 30 min...
  3. Now whisk it again for 2 min,,and add eno sprinkle some water over eno..so thT eno gets reacted with water..and mix it well...
  4. Now put the battar in a greased tin and bake it in preheated steamer or microwave...
  5. Now prepare tadka-take a pan add 1 spoon ghee or oil,,add mustard seeds and green chilli and kadhi pasta now add glass of water in a pan,,add salt,black salt,,sugar and lemon juice..and pour on the dhokla..now let it cool in a fridge for 2 hours and serve....
