Khaman Dhokla step by step

  1. First make a batter in a bowl take Besan,Suji,Curd, Turmeric Powder and little water if it is required mix it gently make a smooth batter add Salt & Sugar mix it well and keep it rest for 10 mins..
  2. Afterwards take a pan grease it with oil now after 10 mins of dhokla mixture add Soda in it and mix it well... Next on a Top heat some water then hierarchy a pot on this Top.....
  3. Now pour the mixture in greased pan and steam it for 20-30 mins in Medium flame & check till it is done......
  4. After steaming make a tadka in a pan add some Oil for heat then add Mustard Seeds & Curry Leaves, when it sprinkle add water and sugar when sugar dissolves add salt in it when Water is cool add lemon juice and mix it well....
  5. When Dhokla is done and it cools down then cut it by Knife, add Tadka-Water in Dhokla and serve it on a Plate.....
