  7. Prepare 1 tbls of Kashmiri chilli powder.

  10. You need 1/2 tsp of Lime juice (to sprinkle).
  11. You need of Mix spices 1/2 tsp (fennel seeds,mustard,urad dhall, fenugreek).

  1. Add oil in pan. Fry onion, garlic, ginger, spice mix, curry leaves & dry chilli. Stir. Cook untill onion turn glassy.
  2. Add ladies finger. Stir well..
  3. Add salt,chillie powder, corriender powder. Stir well. Cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle lime juice. Stir and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes..

Fry this on high heat till the curd evaporates and the lady finger gets nicely browned. Adding curd makes the sliminess out. Wash and dry the ladies finger on a towel. Drying them will remove the excess moisture and help in faster browning while cooking. Once the ladies finger is cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
