  1. Soak urad dal and Rice for 6hrs.
  2. Grind and keep over night for fermentation.
  3. While grinding add Oats to the batter and salt.
  4. Next morning Make Suoer soft Healthy Idlis.
  5. For Sambhar boil tuvar dal addg salt and water as required.
  6. Mash it.
  7. For tadka heat oil.
  8. Add mustard seed saute add curry leaves saute add finely chopped onion saute Add finely chopped green chilies saute add gratted tomatoes saute add turmeric and Sambhar masala add jaggery mix nicely.
  9. Add this to Masged dal and mix nicely.
  10. Add little water and boil for 10mts.
  11. Add fresh coriander.
  12. Your Delicious Sambhar is ready to serve.
  13. For coconut chutney.
  14. Take half fresh coconut add Dalia salt as required green chilies and water as required grind in mixi into a smooth paste.
  15. Give a tadka of mustard seed and curry leaves.
  16. Serve with Idli and Sambhar.
