  11. You need of vegetables.
  12. You need 2 of eggplants,chopped.

  14. Prepare 100 grams of mushroons.
  15. It's 3 of yard l ong bezns,any fresh beans.
  16. It's 3 of sweet pepperd.
  17. It's 1 of fingeroots,sliced.
  18. You need 1 of white turmeric,sliced.
  19. Prepare 2 of peppercorns ,cut halves.
  20. It's 1 tbsp of oil to fry chili paste.
  21. It's 1/2 liter of water.
  22. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
  23. Prepare 1 bunch of each hot basils,kaffir lime leaves.

Jungle Curry instructions

  5. Add water,when it boil add pumpkin,eggplants,beans ,cook it about 5 mins.
  6. Add mushrooms,fresh chili,sweet peppers,cook it another 2 mins.
  7. Add salt ,hot basils,turn heat off,serve hot with steamed jasmine rice :).
