Aloo Tokri Chaat instructions

  1. Boil potatoes mash it and add chaat masala black salt red chilli powder and keep aside.
  2. Mint chutney- wash and take curry leaves coriander leaves green chili ginger salt garlic cumin seeds lemon juice and grind it a smooth paste. And then add pinch jaljeera to it..
  3. Soak tamarind and jaggery in hot water for 1 hour. Later grind it a smooth paste. After making paste take all pulp using a strainer add water as required and boil it.
