  1. Prepare 1.5 cup of semolina/ sooji.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of curd.
  3. It's 1 of chopped onion.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrot.
  6. It's 1/2 cup of finely chopped capsicum.
  7. It's 1/2 cup of finely chopped cabbage.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of finely chopped tomato.
  9. Prepare 2-3 of green chillies.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped coriander.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  13. It's 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp of noodles seasoning (optional).
  15. Prepare 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  16. Prepare 1 pinch of cumin.
  17. You need 1 pinch of mustard.
  18. It's to taste of Salt.

Sooji Veggie Pancake step by step

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, noodles seasoning, salt, & the vegetables. Saute & cook till vegetables are dry..
  2. To it, add red chilli, coriander powder, lemon juice & stir. When the vegetables turn soft & dry keep aside in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl add semolina, curd, pinch of salt, 1/2 cup water, mix well & cover the batter for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the vegetables to batter & mix well. The batter will have medium consistency add water if required.
  4. Then add baking soda in it & mix it well. Then heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan,add cumin, mustard & then add 1 tbsp of the batter, spread it in a way so that it has good amount of thickness & even the sides with spatula. Cover & cook till both sides get crisp. Once fully cooked from both sides your dish ready to serve!.
