  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of rice.
  2. It's 1/4 cup of toovar dal.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of urad dal.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of green moong dal.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of chana dal.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of Jowar.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of makai/corn.
  8. You need 1/2 cup of sour curds.
  9. It's 1/2 cup of palak/spinach finely chopped.
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup of methi leaves finely chopped.
  11. You need 2 tbsp of coriander leaves finely chopped.
  12. It's 1 tbsp of green garlic finely chopped.
  13. Prepare 2 tsp of green chillies finely chopped.
  14. It's 1 tsp of oil.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of sugar.
  16. It's 2 tsp of lemon juice.
  17. You need 1 pinch of soda bi carb.
  18. You need 1/4 tsp of chilli powder.
  19. You need 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  20. You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  21. It's to taste of Salt.

Healthy Mini Pancake step by step

  1. Combine all dala & rice and grind coarsely flour..
  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl add the sour curds and mix well. Cover and keep aside to ferment overnight..
  3. Next day add all the leafy vegetable, oil, soda bi carb, sugar, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and salt. Mix well..
  4. Add water as necessary and mix well to form a batter of dropping consistency..
  5. Heat a non stick tava/mini pancakes pan and grease it using oil. Pour a spoonful of batter on it and spread circular motion to make round circle..
  6. Cook using oil till it turns light brown In colour from both sides..
  7. Serve pancakes with chhunda, pickle, curd with tea or coffee..
