  1. Method of Litti๐Ÿ‘‡.
  2. For stuffing take roasted gram flour in a big bowl add all ingredients and mix it.. add 2tsp lemon juice 2tsp mustard oil and 2tsp water and mix sattu with your hand properly stuffing is ready.
  3. For Dough-Take flour in a plate add salt and oil and mix properly then make dough with warm water give rest for 15 mins.
  4. Now take a dough fill ready stuff in it and make it like small ball...
  5. Heat pan put oil heat properly then deep fry ur put fried litti on tissue paper it's Ready.
  6. For chokha-Take boiled potato roasted brinjal and roasted tomato first remove their peels and mash it properly...add salt chopped green chilli coriander leaves and mustard oil mix properly...chokha ready.
  7. For mustard chutney-Take black mustard, curd and salt in a mixer jar and grind it...if required add some water. Mustard chutney is ready..
  8. For tamarind chutney-Take a bowl put tamarind add 1/2cup water and soak it for 20 mints then add salt,mirch powder and sugar and mix it tamarind sweet and sour chutney is ready..
